Chesecake Recipe

Ingredients
Makes: 1 cake
For the shortcrust pastry
100 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
grated peel of 1 untreated lemon
150 g flour
45 g Gustin
1 tsp baking soda
For the filling
1 packet of vanilla pudding
500 ml milk
2 EL Gustin
500 g cheese of layer of or cottage cheese
200 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
grated peel of 1 untreated lemon
5 egg yolks
5 protein
Preparation
Preparation: 30 minutes › cooking time: 45Minuten › finished in: 1Stunde15Minuten
Mix all dough ingredients with cold hands to a shortcrust pastry and 30 minutes in the refrigerator cold.
Preheat oven to 175 C / 160 C preheat the convection.
The bulk of the dough on a floured work surface roll out and the bottom of a springform pan to prove (something for the edge of the pick up). About 15-20 minutes before bake in the preheated oven, until the dough is lightly browned.
In the meantime, Cook the pudding with the milk and the Gustin according to package directions. Something cool and stir in the cheese of layer of or cottage cheese.
Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel and stir under the Quark mass. Beat egg whites to firm egg whites and also stir.
From the remaining shortcrust pastry a rim shape and press it onto the baked ground. Fill with filling and bake in the preheated oven about 45 minutes.
